A photo a week challenge- Motion

“Motion is the sign of life” Swami Vivekananda

Motion can be captured in many ways in photography.

An interesting subject for the beginners in photography.

Freeze motion

Here the action is frozen in mid air( high Shutter speed/burst mode} and the subject is frozen in a fraction of second, a kind of mid action pause or soft and silky look of waterfalls.

This can be either fast exposure or long exposure.

High shutter speed

Slow shutter speed

tempo photography

Motion Blur

Three types.

Blurred subject with background in focus

Blurred background with subject in focus (panning)

Blurring everything

Thank you.

Never stop looking up

Look up at the sky. There is a light. A beauty up there, that no shadow can touch” J.R.R.Tolkien

Can you make out what the person is up to, by just watching?

You can, my friend. Easy to guess.

“When someone is looking down, they’re saying no.

When they’re looking up, they’re looking to their brain for memory.

When they look to the left, they’re looking for a lie or something they memorized.

When they look to the right, they’re feeling sorry – they don’t want to answer”   Duane Chapman

Yes, my friend.

“Keep looking up. that’s the secret of life”  Snoopy

Thank you.
