Stressed? Think of Romantic Friendship !

Before I start the discussion,it’s better we know the definition of ‘Romantic Friendship’.

According to ‘Wikipedia’

“A romantic friendship, passionate friendship, or affectionate friendship is a very close but typically non-sexual relationship between friends,often involving a degree of physical closeness beyond that which is common in the contemporary Western Societies. It may include for example holding hands,cuddling,hugging,kissing,giving massages,  and sharing a bed, or  co-sleeping, without sexual intercourse or other physical sexual expression”

Yourdictionary.com says

“An intensely emotional love relationship between two unrelated people, in which sexuality  is unimportant and typically absent, but there is greater physical affection or poetic communication than is typical for friendship”

Can we include online Friendship ( since we are into the digital revolution with social media,online-video/chat,making new online friends etc ) into the above definitions ? I am not sure.

How nice it’s when the truly understanding relationship takes a vow, as said below !

But then….all are not fortunate and there has to be a kind of ‘vibe’ or as some one brilliantly  coined the term ‘ Familiar vibe’,  or  Mutual ‘resonance’ between the partners or friends or relationships.Plato’s quote is apt.

“Every heart sings a song, incomplete, until another heart whispers back. Those who wish to sing always find a song. At the touch of a lover, everyone becomes a poet.” Plato.

True friends really make a big influence on their individual lives in times of stress.

And What did John Lennon Say about friendship and its impact on Life and how this true friendship keeps you smiling ?

“Count your age by friends, not years. Count your life by smiles, not tears”.

Tension Free…. Stress Free…you think it’s a distant dream ?

As you are busy with fast paced life , you are left with lots of tension,anxiety resulting in stress.you start thinking as if all the problems happening to you only.

Just relax.All of are undergoing the same, at one time or the other.You can neither run away from the problems, nor start dreaming of positive thoughts,The two popular advices..easier said than followed…

If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If a problem cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Worries and tensions are like birds , We cannot stop them from flying near us, But we can certainly stop them from making a nest in our mind.

The tension you feel from one person may be the tension you are causing for another.
