Just another day in a False Paradise

“A fool’s paradise is wise man’s hell” Thomas Fuller

This flower is known by the name ‘False bird of Paradise’

Another name is Lobster Claw Flower. The name “Lobster Claw” comes from the shape of its flower bracts. which resemble the shape of a lobster’s claw.

Why it’s called False Bird Of Paradise?

Because it mimics the original bird of paradise flower.

How does the original bird of paradise look?

This flower gets its name because the flower is made up of three bright orange petals and three blue petals which are fused into a single bud. As the flower blooms, the petals start showing a shape that simulates a bird in flight.

Where do you find the real paradise?

“I found paradise, not in Heaven, but deep in my heart”  Debasish Mridha MD

Thank you.

Do you love Black & White or Colourful Life?

You may find this a silly question!

I know the majority love colours. We love being colourful.

Black & White movies are obsolete. None enjoys those black and white movies anymore.

Millennials may wonder how oldies used to enjoy these movies. And great movies used to run more than 100 days!

Many festivals are dedicated to colours.

You can always come across various colourful events.

No event manager conducts events in black and white.

You can easily find a person in a colourful dress.

Nature always enthrals you with its fantastic colours.

You can also be dealing with many colourful personalities.

So colour everywhere! But…

Can you find a colourful Heart?

“A colourful body with fabrics, tattoos and jewellery are attractive, but a colourful heart with love, truth and faith is beautiful.”   Anthony Liccione

Sadly it’s nowhere!

And your attempts to search for one…going to be futile!

Thank you.

Healthy Heart depends on two things

  1. Your physical status

All I request is

☑️ First, find out whether you have Diabetes, High blood pressure, Increased lipids levels, or overweight, and start appropriate measures.

☑️ Stop smoking & Drinking. No excuses, please!

☑️ Follow A Healthy Lifestyle

☑️ Healthy food habits

☑️ Good Sleep

☑️ Regular exercises

☑️ Better Heart Choices (eating heart-healthy food makes a big impact on your heart health)

☑️ You can’t avoid stress but You can control the intensity of your reaction to stress and anger.

☑️ To have healthy heart first remove all dirt

☑️ To have a healthy heart, start helping others first

☑️ To have a healthy heart think of self at the last

☑️ To have a healthy heart engage yourself in your own art

☑️ To have a healthy heart keep adding love in your cart

Celebrate World Heart Day by going for heart checkups and promising yourself to eat healthily and live happily.

Best wishes on World Heart Day to you all my friends.

But in reality what happens to your heart routinely?

“I’m proud of my heart. It’s been played, cheated, stabbed, burned and broken…but somehow  still works!”   dailyfunnyquotes  (Just for fun)

Thank you.
