Bright Droplets/Blobs

Droplets of ‘Right’ & ‘Wrong in an ocean of “Assumptions’   Minal Khona

 Love connects us all

Just like the water droplets in the above photo are connected by a common thread of the spider web, love connects us all.

But sadly we are not doing justification to the very word ‘love’.

Why it is so?

We are busy assuming/presuming, rather than have a frank discussion in matters of relationships.

And one smartly uses the term ‘Communication gap’ and tries to escape!

Just read the quote of Minal Khona once again.

The culprit is nobody other than ourselves.

Either we assume or presume

✔In assumption, we take things for granted from our friends, relatives, partners or anybody you name.

The assumption is a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.

✔In presumption, we are more confident though there is a lack of evidence-based reasoning.

The presumption is the acceptance of something as true although it is not known for certain…

In both the situation one can go wrong and thus the starting point of misunderstanding!

“When you ass-u-me, you make an ASS out of U and ME”   unknown

Take home message

To avoid misunderstanding, don’t assume or presume.

Follow these three steps

  1. Communicate
  2. Communicate
  3. Communicate

Thank you.

Bright Red

Significance of Red

“Red is such an interesting color to correlate with emotion, because it’s on both ends of the spectrum. On one end you have happiness, falling in love, infatuation with someone, passion, all that. On the other end, you’ve got obsession, jealousy, danger, fear, anger and frustration”  Taylor Swift

Power of Red

“Red stimulates and excites your nerves, pulse rate and blood circulation, and lends energy to your entire system. When you are fatigued, lethargic or sluggish for any reason, red has an energizing influence” Tae Yun Kim

Thank you.
