This person surprised me as I saw him sitting within the depths of a giant precast.
I also noticed him being busy reading a book.
He appeared lost in the world of words.
What were my thoughts?
I felt the sturdy concrete walls providing a shield from the chaos of the outside world!
He seemed to find tranquillity in this particular location, where the only sound can be the rustle of pages. It appeared as though he had embarked on a literary journey with lots of imagination.
What astonished me was that he must have forgotten the heat outside, and it appeared as if he has transformed the concrete walls into a canvas on which his thoughts on the stories bloomed and his dreams took flight.
What I have learnt
In a world that often rushes by without a second thought, he chose to pause, to sit in the embrace of the giant precast, and let the words guide him on a transformative journey!
God offers many opportunities to us to pause for a moment and reflect on the present while making the best use of that momentary pause.

He really does look engrossed. And maybe you’re right, the concrete might be cooler. I hope he enjoyed his book

Loved seeing the man sitting inside one of those concrete precasts. It really gave the photo a perspective that would have been missing without him. Thanks for playing Philo.
