It is the discussion of concepts, viewpoints, and ideas between two or more individuals. The conversation is a vital component of communication, which is a necessary component of human engagement.

  • Dialogue
  • Discourse
  • Diatribe
  • Casual chat
  • Informal conversation
  • Personal
  • Emotional
  • Gossip
  • Eye conversation among lovers (don’t ask me what it is…you know it!)

Four important aspects of any conversation

  • Active listening
  • Asking good and relevant questions
  • Agreeing to disagree
  • Open to suggestions
