Sip life, a little at a time!
In these summer days, drinking a glass of buttermilk/Lassi is a wise decision.
In India Lassi is more popular than buttermilk.
It’s the most-drunk beverage in India after tea/coffee.
Said to be lactose intolerance friendly.
It can be sweet or salted.
Lassi is produced by combining yoghurt, water and occasionally fruit or spices.
Lassi helps in
- Good Digestion
- Boosts immunity
- Hydrate the body
- Strengthens the bones
- Can help in weight loss (Low-calorie alternate to sugary drinks)
Message

Not sure I could drink it unless it’s got no whey protein

To my knowledge lassi does not contain whey protein.
But it can be added to lassi.
