Tunnels

Tunnels are always exciting It’s enjoyable to travel through tunnels.

When it’s pitch dark, it’s more fun!

Tunnels are said to be a human marvel.

These are tunnels in the outside world.

What about tunnels that are dark and long inside your mind?

The very word ‘tunnel’ reminds you that there is ‘hope’ since you are aware that every tunnel however dark inside it is, leads you towards the source of light at the other end.

Yet you notice that this tunnel of yours is long and your uncertainty about the location of the light, prompts you to consider giving up and you decide to quit.

At this point, your thoughts lead you to have a ‘tunnel vision’.

You become scared, lonely and confused.

You lose concentration and worry a lot.

Imagine this journey of yours happens to be protracted!

Here you need four things

• Hope
• Willpower
• Confidence
• Continuous effort

Life is tough but you are stronger!
