Not all are lucky.
Some people are fortunate that they have a window facing east and can see the sunrise directly.
Some are lucky to have a nearby beach ⛱ and if they happened to be early risers, can enjoy the magnificent Sunrise.
I understand that there are places in the world, where the Sun never sets (Norway, Sweden, Alaska, Iceland and Canada).
As a person living in India, I wonder how people from these locations know when to sleep. In India, the night starts from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am. We have a perfect day and a perfect night.
Readers from these locations can enlighten me about Sunrise & Sunset.

Your sunrise/sunset doesn’t change throughout the year?

Never changes throughout the year.
Sun rises between 6.00 am and 7.00 am and sets between 5.45 to 7.00 pm in general.
We enjoy the perfect day(brightness) and perfect night (darkness)

I have lived in the land of the midnight sun and you just keep the rhythm of your internal clock and if all that fails, black out curtains help!
