Sadly, I don’t have many bird clicks, and the only birds other than pigeons I could click are crows because they are common and plentiful.
My example pales when compared to the clicks of the participants for this challenge.
Nevertheless, I had a chance to capture these crows having a romantic moment on a foggy morning.
Who does not make love?
Is not love a universal phenomenon whether humans or animal kingdom?
Both humans and animal kingdom are surviving because of one single factor called ‘love’
Are love and lust the same?
Again I am not an expert in these matters.
They say ‘love at first sight’ is nothing but lust. And ‘selfishness’ is attributed to lust.
Experts say that lust mostly happens outside of marriage
What about infatuation?
Infatuation is said to be an unreasoned passion toward another person.
According to a scientific study, infatuation is a stage that exists between love and lust.
What about Love & Lust in the world of animals?
Do they have lust in addition to love?
I don’t know. Animal experts can help me.
I read somewhere that Chimpanzees trade sex for food (prostitution).
Sometimes, when a male chimpanzee gets in a mood and wants sex, he does not ask and beats the female and makes a forced entry.
For him, a ‘no’ means ‘yes’.
No surprise the descendants of chimpanzees are no different!
Coming to humans…
Humans are experts both in love & lust.
They love to experience both!
Love vs Lust
“In love, you are conscious, and in lust you are unconscious.
Love is coolness, is giving, and has no attachments.
Lust is hot and has attachments.
As an evolved being and as a Soul from Mercury, you will live in love and live as a nobody.
By living in lust, only “you” will exist. By living in love, only the other exists.
And when you have total devotion and surrender to God, both lust and love, as you know it, will disappear into Divine Love and One Universal Love.”
Raju Ramanathan
Now coming back to our crows and our dislike of these wonderful creatures…
Why do humans hate crows?
First of all, why should anybody hate anybody or anything?
I plead ignorance. In the case of crows…
Is it because of obnoxious cawing?
Literature talks plenty about bad omens etc.
Damage corps?
Its colour?

no sure why but maybe because they steal crops from farmers. The crow according to Animal Planet is the smartest creature on the planet. Even smarter than the dog, cat, and dolphin. I find them fascinating to watch. We have cranes that come to our front yard on occasion. I have bag of bird seed for them when they do come.

Agree.
Farmers detest them because they harm their crops.
True what you said. They are the smartest of all the birds and highly intelligent, sadly fallen out of favour.
Thank you so much my friend.
Appreciate.
Hope things are fine from your end.
Have wonderful weekdays ahead.

This is a lot to digest this early in the morning Mr Philo…but I enjoy and respect all living creatures! Even crows, which I agree are incredibly smart. We have ravens around here too. I refollowed your blog too, WP is still so glitchy!
