Proud to be a farmer

Farmer

Yet, this farmer appears upset.

He appears to be annoyed that the two-wheeler riders are using the pavement rather than the road.

Not only that modern farmers are dissatisfied with everything and how they are treated rather mistreated.

The urban scenario is entirely different from the farmer who is more centred on the village.

The majority of people in India work in agriculture as their primary occupation. And farmers have a significant role.

We are ungrateful creatures

How fondly do you recall them, and how much thanks do you express to them?

Those leading an urban life can never appreciate the role of a farmer and the sacrifices he makes.

Because of this farmer, you have food on your table today.

“My grandfather used to say that once in your life you need a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman and a preacher, but every day, three times a day, you need a farmer.”

Brenda Schoepp

The life of an Indian Farmer

Farmers committing suicide is a common occurrence here.

I am not an expert to understand the reasons.

Maybe the story is the same in every nook and corner of the world

The fact

“The farmer is the only man in our economy who buys everything at retail, sells everything at wholesale, and pays the freight both ways.” happy farmer’s day

Life on a farm

“Life on a farm is a school of patience; you can’t hurry the crops or make an ox in two days.”

Henri Alain

  1. It’s true that farmers play an important role in our lives, and it’s sad that they often don’t get the recognition and appreciation they deserve. It’s important to remember that the food we eat and the clothes we wear come from their hard work and dedication. The challenges that farmers face, including economic pressures and climate change, are significant, and we need to support and advocate for them whenever we can. The quotes you shared are a great reminder of the importance of farmers and the challenges they face. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this topic.
