Snow glad to see you!

Snow

This is my third experience with snow.

From the Himalayas comes this click.

For me, seeing snowfall or snow along a roadside or on the peak of a mountain is always fascinating.

I simply lose myself in the moment and spend hours admiring mother nature, annoying my close family members in the process.

While they also enjoy the snow, they are worried that I might fall because I am generally not so cautious and embrace adventure regardless of my age or level of fitness.

Although I am aware that there are many different kinds of snow, I can only say that this particular snow felt smooth and spongy without being dirty and I could see those lovely footprints and tyre imprints.

I’m not sure what kind of white balance my camera should have, but I really liked how the auto-white balance captured the light blue colour of the snow.

Snow also reminds us of something more important.

Thank you for your visit.

Take care, my friend.

  1. Snow usually takes on that beautiful blue hue when in the shade. I don’t usually mess with the white balance either. Our eyes also tend to see shaded snow bluer than white anyway, though if there is no sunlit snow to compare, our brains fix the color balance for us. >grin<
