We see scenes like this all the time.
By now you are aware that the facility provided is no longer in use, resulting in crow shit, rust, and even damage.
This seating was spotted at one of the busiest travel intersections.
This made me wonder why this facility was not used more frequently.
What could be the reason?
Is this because the seating was placed too far from the departure/arrival point?
Improper seating placement?
Is it because of poor maintenance that no one wants to use it?
English pundits can guide me as to which is a better term to use…Disused or abandoned?
Money down the drain
Whatever may be the reason somebody’s money (in this case, public money) is criminally wasted.

This is a sad trio of seats. Poor placement and improper upkeep are probably the main reasons for its disrepair. Even sadder is that it will more than likely be discarded rather than moved and painted. That is a total waste of taxpayers money.

True.
These things can be better taken care of and worth giving a second thought and save tax payers money.
Thank you so much for the inspiration.

As with so many things, this seating could quite easily be refurbished and repurposed; all that’s needed is some elbow grease and a dash of TLC.
