Winter morning is magical!

Winter-morning-fog

Winter is the time for stories

Foggy mornings and snowy roads/fields are unheard of for people like me.

As a result, I have no experience with the true winter months and the feelings of those who live in those areas.

I’m disappointed.

It’s OK.

I’m glad my friends in North India near the Himalayas can enjoy the winter.

It is said to be a joy to watch the snowfall.

People hug a lot!

Especially when the hug comes along with love and affection.

There is nothing like warm clothes and a bottle of wine!

“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home”

Edith Sitwell

But some have a different opinion

Some claim that walking on the snow-covered path is matter of life and death for senior citizens.

“Winter is much like unrequited love; cold and merciless”

Kellie Elmore

Do you agree, or do you disagree?

Thank you for your visit.

Take care, my friend.

  1. Snow is fun to visit, but not to live in. If you do live in it, you have to be prepared with the right clothing, car, tires, snow blowers, etc. Then you can look out at newly fallen snow and say how beautiful it is and then get out all the necessities to plow a path and dig out your car. I had just two days of that experience and it was enough.

  2. Winter is the time for hugging meditation. It’s a good excuse to hug and be hugged.
Winter shows us true colors of hibernation and meaning of communication.
Winter is a wonderful time of they, especially if you have someone who will care.
