We routinely come across Handprint painted on the wall as graffiti.
I am ignorant of their significance.
What do they convey?
Is there some universal message/relevance?
Can you help me understand better?

My understanding here is not perfect either, BUT as I understand it, the colored hand prints were used generally as a symbol of support, caring, etc… Nowadays, the Autism support movement uses it / them as their symbol.
Then, of course, there’s the red or bloody hand print used to blame or convey guilt…
