Frost

Frost

Sadly, we never see Natural frost in my place which is famous for being hot, hotter or hottest for the entire year and year after year!

I envy the people living near the Himalayas. They are inseparable from mother nature.

So the image above is from my Fridge, and thus an artificial frost.

“What does natural mean?
Means non-artificial. Made by nature.
But nature can’t make things. It’s not a person.
Nature is the things that aren’t made by people.
But we’re made by people, so what does that make us? Are we artificial?”

Do you/don’t you agree with Rob Davis?

Thank you for your visit.

Take care, my friend.

  1. I hope one day you are able to see natural frost Philo – it can be magic – not too much frozen ice when trying to walk though

Interesting question you’re posing today. My initial instinct is to say that, although created by humans, we are (for the most part) still natural as the chemistry required to fertilise the egg etc is, for the most part, something we do not have control over. But obviously we have scientific advances which means that some babies (human and other animals) do get a helping hand.

    1. Thank you Brenda for your kind wishes.
Sure to visit your part of the world one day to enjoy the natural frost.
As far as the quote goes…I think we are part of Mother Nature and there is no such thing called ‘Artificial’ in Mother Natures book.
We are coining the idea of ‘artificial’ thinking that we are superiors to Mother Nature by creating babies etc.
But happily we forget that the basic components come from Mother Nature.
All the inventions made by men/women though claimed as original etc. in fact they come from the ingredients originated from Mother Nature.
I doubt the very meaning of ‘Artificial’.
Otherwise “Ashes to Ashes Dust to Dust” proverb does not have relevance.
