Each life creates endless ripples-Frank Herbert

Ripples

There was some light rain today morning and I became immersed in thoughts as I watched these beautiful circles of ripples constantly forming when each drop of rain started hitting the small puddle.

The ripples were of various sizes from small to big.

Smallest action of yours can have the biggest effect!

All that we do, think or say-however big or small, has a ripple effect.

This the fact whether you like it or not.

Whether you show kindness or hatred, whether your actions are good or bad, be your thoughts or state of consciousness, your emotions, behaviour, your decisions and choices, empowering others or spreading the cheer…

You are sure to spread the ripples because we are all connected and these ripples are going to affect the world around you.

So remember to send out ripples with a positive charge instead of negative charge

Be aware of your every action, every thought and every emotion!

“We are ripples of consciousness of the vast ocean of consciousness.

If we get agitated and become part of the reactionary and vitriolic behaviour sometimes around us, we will only add to the disturbance”

Deepak Chopra

Be happy for no reason

“What is wrong with enjoying yourself?

What is wrong with being happy?

If there is anything wrong it is always in your unhappiness, because an unhappy person creates ripples of unhappiness all around him. Be happy!”

Rajneesh

Take care, my friend.

  1. It sometimes amazes me, the amount of impact I can have on others. I know through my teaching that impact can be massive and I always consider it a huge honour and responsibility. I try to be positive; it pains me to see the negative impact that its possible to have and how destructive that can be. Maybe we need to be more aware when we impact others unconsciously
