International Men’s Day

Every year International Men’s Day is celebrated on 19th November.

The day is celebrated for the positive value men share with the world.

The day also focuses on men’s health and well-being.

This day is furthermore utilized to promote gender equality.

The day is also a reminder to reduce the pressure put on by society on men.

Sadly most men and women are not aware of this day

This year’s theme is Helping men and boys.

This day coincides with ‘No shave November’- an annual charity event where men do not cut their facial hair for the entire month to bring awareness and contribute money towards the fight against cancer.
