Most of us love colour.
We love things that appear colourful.
We say…it’s appealing and attractive.
The majority feel, if thing is lacking colour, then it become tasteless.
All of us wish that our life be colourful.
Where is the place then for the colourless?
What exactly is the meaning of being beautiful?
“You can’t eat beauty, it doesn’t feed you…beauty was not a thing that I could acquire or consume, it was something that I just had to be.
You can’t rely on how you look to sustain yourself.
What actually sustains us, what is fundamentally beautiful, is compassion–for yourself and those around you.
That kind of beauty inflames the heart and enchants the soul.”

Monochrome is extremely expressive, albeit colorless. Great photo.

Thank you, Dolly.
Many swear by monochrome photography.
The present generation thinks that it is tasteless.

I am of the older generation, dear Philo, and I love monochrome, as well as black and white.
