WHY?
“Yesterday is but today’s memory and tomorrow is today’s dream” Kahlil Gibran
TYPES OF TIME
There are many because we all live in an illusion world because we love enjoy this illusion and we give different names to the time, that is convenient to us though time remains the same.
No time, Happy time, sad time, expensive time, exciting time, free time, time interval, summer time, winter time, time zone, time travel, peak time, circular time, linear time, chaotic time, work time, playtime, productive time, recreation time…the list is long.
And our description of the ‘time’ changes depending upon our mood!
Time is Slow-When you wait!
Time is Fast-When you are late!
Time is Deadly-When you are sad!
Time is Short-When you are happy!
Time is Endless-When you are in pain!
Time is Long-When you feel bored!
WHAT ABOUT FREE TIME?
“Free time is the most expensive time you have because nobody pays for it but you.
But that also makes it the most valuable time you have, as you alone stand to reap the profits from spending it wisely”
Jarod Kintz
GODLY ADVICE
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
MESSAGE
“Time is basically an illusion created by the mind to aid in our sense of temporal presence in the vast ocean of space.
Without the neurons to create a virtual perception of the past and the future based on all our experiences, there is no actual existence of the past and the future.
All that there is, is the present.”
Abhijit Naskar
As you reading this post, remember you are in the ‘present’ and not in the past or future.

What a coincidence: I am now studying King Solomon’s Ecclesiastes. I do this every year during the holiday of Sukkot.
