I don’t know about you, whenever I feel like rejuvenate, my thoughts swim towards swimming pool.
Why?
Because one can rejuvenate three things simultaneously.
- Body
- Mind
- Soul

But a few people are scared to go to the swimming pools regularly, because of the fear of pool chlorine on the hair, skin, eyes and respiratory system.
It’s said continued chlorine irritation can lead to Asthma and Sinus infection.
What is the best way to rejuvenate?
My friend, there is no specific answer.
It all depends on you and you alone.
I can give some examples. Spend time outdoors, plan a trip, Decide to complete your favourite book, an outing with friends, try a new hobby (in my case I started showing interest in photography-costly though), the exercise of any type or nature, digital detox, even a gratitude journal, avoid multitasking, how about listening to your favourite music…I can go on.
Take wrong turns. Talk to strangers. Open unmarked doors.
And if you see a group of people in a field, go find out what they are doing.
Do things without always knowing how they’ll turn out.

I loved that swimming pool. It does look so inviting. But the quote from Randall Munro really spoke to me. I need to start opening unmarked doors again.
