Do you nap?

Nap is said to be a short period of sleep, anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes and during the daytime.

Sleep experts advise napping before 2.00 pm.

Napping is said to improve mood.

Researchers say napping two to three times a week is good for heart health.

Instead of loving people who can nap, we scorn them.

We declare that they are the laziest people on earth.
