I doubt.

Do you find the time? Most of you are leading hectic lives sleeping late and waking up late. So where is the question of seeing Sunrise? By the time you are out of your office, the Sun has already set.

It’s high time you all change your lifestyle.

Do you have the patience to watch?

If you happen to notice sunrise or sunset, how much time are you are willing to spare?

It appears as if only photographers glorify Sunrise or Sunset.

Sunsets and Sunrise are said to be romantic.

The fascinating scene of sunrise or sunset, you could experience with your eyes.

Most of us make time for sunrise or sunset only during vacation

Am I not right?

My friend, you need not spend thousands of dollars to be in an exotic place to watch sunrise or sunset.

Wherever you are, you know that Sun rises and sets every single day.

What excuse do you have to miss this Natures wonder?

Why should you watch sunrise or sunset?

• One is inspired. Inspired by what?
• The mystical colours can inspire you to make your life colourful
• You develop positive vibes
• You become grateful because you understand the very significance of Sun God and why you are in a position to survive in this world.
• It has got health benefits too ( improves your immune system/ provides Vitamin D)
• You feel peaceful
• Sunrise and sunset are Mother Nature’s antidepressants
• It’s an unadulterated joy
