Tina Schell of Travels & Trifles is the host of the Lens-Artists Photo challenge for this week and she asks the participants to showcase the photos that express opposites.
I intended to cover this theme differently.
For this challenge instead of taking two separate frames to show ‘opposites’, I decided to pick up a single frame denoting the ‘opposites’ for the theme.
I am presenting just 5 images.
Please share your thoughts and if you don’t mind let me know which image you liked.
BRIGHT & DARK
“In the right light, at the right time, everything is extraordinary” Aaron Rose
BIG & SMALL
“Think big. Start small” Seth Godin
David & Goliath
“If there is a Goliath in front of you, it means there is a David inside of you” Unknown
LIFE & DEATH
“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end” Seneca
FRONT & REAR
“Fear the goat from the front, the horse from the rear, and man from all sides” Russian proverb
Thank you for your visit.
Take care, my friend.
Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

Clever. I loved the cruise ship, and the flower. Nice that the comparisons are in the same photo. Stands out more.

GREAT great selections, and I for one appreciate the efficiency! As a turkey might have once said, ‘If you ain’t the lead dog, the scenery never changes.’ 🙂

The daffodils evoke a feeling in me that is deeper than the other comparisons and speaks to me the most.
Humour is also nice, so the cars and the ship evoke something too.
The headline statement attributed to Rumi, that the life of this world is nothing but the harmony of opposites, is worth repeating many times.
Best wishes
