I concluded…

I doubt that Rabelais used the word “bar,” as they did not exist in his times, but the quote is great, as is the photo.

Vaguely I remember to have noticed taverns in some Hollywood movies/TV serials on Roman stories.(Roman Empire)
Maybe it’s overdone?
