So many assume. So little know

Hate

It’s just a 2-minute read.

WE ALL LOVE TO HATE

Yes. We all hate something or other at one time at least.

Keep your hand on your heart and say I am wrong.

Whether you like it or not ‘hatred’ is an inborn error of human traits.

I understand that the ‘Hate Circuit’ is embedded in our brain permanently.

Some express it openly and some keep it inside simmering.

However, soft-hearted you claim to be you can’t avoid certain disliking.

You may the kindest, yet you are sure to meet somebody who hates you.

My friend, this is the world we are living in.

What is hatred?

Hatred is nothing but disliking, ill feelings or resentment.

It’s said to be an angry mighty emotional response.

Simply put hatred is the opposite of love.

Whom do you express your hatred?

My friend, the list is too long.

It varies from person to person.

It can be towards people, ideas or certain things.

It can be based on certain beliefs and a lack of intelligence.

It can also be due to wrong perceptions or misguidance or misunderstanding.

Why do you hate?

A difficult question to answer.

There are billions of reasons.

I guess hatred comes into the open when you feel insecure.

You fear the unknown.

You lack self-compassion.

You may even hate yourself.

What happens to your brain when you hate?

Hatred changes the chemistry in your brain.

Extreme hatred can incite violence.

The ‘hatred circuit’ in your brain 🧠 creates aggression and you fall prey to either fight (Attack) or flight (defence) mechanism.

In both situations, the two hormones (cortisol & Adrenaline, known as stress hormones) which are generally good, become bad ones and cause anxiety, and depression resulting in restlessness status thus affecting your mental health.
Beware of high levels of cortisol, the stress hormone

Can you get rid of hatred?

My friend, the internet gives tons of suggestions.

You decide which one suits you best in your present circumstances.

Message

Remember this hate is nothing but poison.

In the form of mental venom, it destroys you by eating you inside up.

Feeling hatred over a long time is destructive both to your body and mind.

“No medicine exists that can cure hatred”

African Saying

Please share your thoughts on hate/hatred.

Thank you for your visit.

Take care, my friend.

Namaste 🙏🙏🙏
