SLUG
This click I took while walking along the beach side garden.
At first, I thought it was a leech and an internet search said it’s a slug.
I am not sure which category this slug belongs to.
Slugs are molluscs-basically snails without a shell.
Slugs like moist areas and feed on foliage.
They look disgusting to some and many are killed because humans are always scared of something or other.
Humans have become phobic-centric.

My friend, slugs and snails are very important and play an important role in the maintenance of natural balance.
They do eat decomposing/rotting vegetation and are thus part of the ecosystem.
They are also a source of food for birds and toads.

Thank you for your visit.
Take care, my friend.
