How many languages can you speak my friend?

Nothing like speaking as many languages as possible.

It is exciting to the other person if you speak to him in his/her mother tongue.

India has 121 languages and 270 mother tongues.

The majority of Indians can speak more than two languages.

Any advantage in knowing many languages?

My friend, in today’s increasingly interconnected and interdependent world, proficiency in additional languages apart from one’s mother tongue is very essential to engage, prosper and survive in this world.

  • It’s easy to connect
  • Scientists say there are many cognitive benefits
  • One can understand other’s cultures better and deepen the relationships. you appreciate them better.
  • You can advance your career
  • Boosts your confidence
  • You are at ease while travelling
  • You are better at multitasking
  • You have better job security
  • You can make new friends

  1. I speak some French and Spanish. When I’ve travelled, I’ve always learned a few words of the local language, and I’ve found that a combination of that, a few basic words in English, and gesturing can accomplish a lot.
