Feathers & Colours
I do not know the significance of a feather when you come across one, and neither I know of the significance of the colour of the feather.
Internet search told me that if one comes across a white feather it indicates that, the angels are bringing messages of love, peace and blessings from the Divine.
Angels guide you and protect you from evil.
In the case of black feathers, Angel is in defence mode and helps you to overcome obstacles.
Luckily for anything and everything internet has an explanation.
Thank you internet!
Just like the feather, many of us wish to have light-weight for a healthy body. It’s a good sign.
Light weight baby!
Here I am not talking in terms of body weight.
“You wanna fly, you got to give up the shit that weighs you down.”
My friend, in our life we are constantly facing challenges.
Simply put each one of us has something that weighs us down.
Saints and sages say that we are responsible for our lives and we control our lives.
Is this true?
Lot of things can happen without you being in the control, is it not so?
Then how can you blame yourself?
Here comes the ‘role’ played by your past. You always blame your past for the s**t happening in the present.
I guess Toni Morrison is giving importance to the sins we commit because we constantly recite our past.
So it’ time to give up that s**t weighing you down, in order to fly higher.
Promise me you won’t regret your past.
And thank you for your visit.
Take care, my friend.
Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

Lovely photo. I think Toni Morrison means self-doubts and negativity, rather than sins.

I also felt that way.
I was also wondering whether she meant remembering our mistakes and feeling guilty.
Thank you Dolly.

I think you are right, dear Philo. Feeling guilty is totally unproductive. One has to act to correct mistakes or avoid them in the future.
