How to make life sparkle?
Simple.
No need to spend a fortune.
Keep calm and keep smiling.
And many make the mistake of thinking that smiles and happiness are directly proportional to each other.
Nothing far from the truth.
There is no need for you or anybody to tell you to cheer up!
Research has shown that a mere act of a smile can lift your mood, improve your immune system and soon you are to be less stressed.
It’s even said that just faking a smile can reduce the anxiety level.

This is very true. Even if you don’t feel like smiling, stand in front of the mirror and stretch your lips with your fingers. The muscles necessary to do that send a surge of serotonin into your brain. Hold it for ten seconds, and you’ll feel the difference.
