Sea you soon!

Sea

I go to the beach regularly.

Why do I do this?

My friend, I am always tensed up.

Yes, I am just like you or anybody else.

The explanation is we are humans and we are certain that no one can help us in tackling our concerns.

However there is one solution available for those who are lucky enough to stay nearby a 🏖️beach🏖️

For the rest of the folks…I have no answer.

“When anxious, uneasy and bad thoughts come, I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise, and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused”

Rainer Maria Rilke

Thank you for your visit.

Take care, my friend.

Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

  1. I like the beach but a good forest stream is also a great place to lose yourself and unwind, listening to the soothing sound of water cascading over rocks and taking in the smells of the damp earth. I prefer to sit under the trees on a hot day than on hot sand in the open sun 😀

  2. Beautiful sentiments about the ocean and its soothing effects. I remember my days at the beach as a teen, but I’m a mountain girl now–those snow-fed streams and lakes are captivating. Good that you can get to the beach often!

  3. Rilke was a famous pessimist, but I agree with this quote; I feel the happiest by the sea. However, regarding being stressed out about our concerns, the One Above is taking care of them every moment, so we can relax and enjoy life to the fullest.
