“We take life for granted, sleepwalking until a shattering event knocks us awake.
Zen says, don’t wait until the car accident, the cancer diagnosis, or the death of a loved one to get your priorities straight.
Do it now”

I completely agree.
Don’t wait until something or someone is gone to realize that what you have is precious.

Thank you Sheri Dye.
Well said.
Sadly we are busy fighting , misunderstanding, stop talking even planning to take revenge!
Life is too short for all these things.

You’re welcome.
True.
But those moments are, unfortunately, also a part of life.

Yes my friend.
What you said the is the truth.
But human nature is such that they don’t mind enjoying the happy moments but they hesitate to welcome the sad moments with similar spirit.
One can try to maintain calm in both these situations possible for saints and sages.

Thanks again my friend.
Life is full of ups and downs, though we are aware we are unable to maintain equilibrium.
I wonder everytime how animals cope stress

It’s my pleasure.
I’ve often wondered the same.Animals are so sensitive.. but also incredibly resilient. It breaks my heart to imagine how they must struggle sometimes and have no way of voicing it.
