Slender

A bowel of Goodness??

Slender-full
What better way to start your day than with a bowl of steaming noodles? (If only it’s homemade)

Your type

You are a master of complaints and always remain unsatisfied.

You enjoy picking up the arguments and getting some satisfaction out of them.

You always complain that you have little time.

‘Lack of time’ statement has become so popular in your ‘vocabulary’ that it has become an excuse for everything and as an easy ‘escape’ route for all your flaws of yours.

Even the food items are not spared such that your traditional noodle has become ‘instant noddle’

Are instant noodles really that bad for your health?

Yes, my friend.

It comes under the junk food category.

Remember that any processed food is harmful to the body.

Processed food contains a high amount of sodium, additives and petroleum by-products, bad cholesterol and zeroes nutritional value and zero fibre.

Don’t confuse between REAL FOOD, FAST FOOD and READY MEALS

And never replace real food with fast food or ready meals.

The main component MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) is linked to many health-related problems.

READY MEALS are equally bad for health.

What about those people who are not in a position to cook home food and depend on instant noodles or Ready meals every day?

My friend, I have no answer for this.

Maybe you can guide me.
