Which number dominates In Mother Nature?
I am not sure.
My guess is mother Nature treats both odds and evens equally.
But in the above image, Mother Nature gives preference to an even number 8.
As you notice in the above image, most probably the caterpillar has eaten the big chunk of the leaf.
What I can’t understand is how the leaf got twisted such that we can appreciate the number 8.
I felt funny and odd that a tiny caterpillar can do this wonder!!
It’s crazy man! or
Am I crazy to imagine things!!
I am sure you too can imagine figure 8 in this leaf.

Nice!
I know that you’re only comparing odd with even, here. But nature loves lots of numbers, such as 1.618[…] (the golden ratio); 3.141[…] (Pi); 2.718[…] (Euler’s number, ‘e’) and so on. I think it’s neat that these are all transcendental numbers, myself; kind of makes me feel that Mother Nature has a sense of humour, constantly keeping us guessing.

Haha!
Always it’s fun with mother nature.
Most of the times, Mother nature entertains us with her complex but explainable reasoning….but some times leave us with unsolved puzzles.
And that is best part of life and protects us from boredom.
Thank you my friend for the joy you bring to your followers through your witty response.

Thank you my friend.
Yes.
What you said is true.
It never came to mind.
I have a doubt.
Is infinity odd or even ?

Yes.. I can see the number 8 clearly and I think it’s a special number…from a different angle it looks like the symbol for infinity.
