Walls

Roman London Wall

Roman-wall,London
“You see the wall he’s building around him. You don’t see the prisoner he’s turning into” Nitya Prakash

Said to have been built in the late 2nd century AD.

It stands 35 feet (10.6 metres) high.

Of course, these walls are built to protect the city from the invaders.

These walls served the purpose for which they were built.

I Always wonder why people fear each other?

Why do they try to protect themselves?

I don’t know the answer or the reason.

Maybe that is the way we have to live and lead our life.

I remember John Lennon’s meaningful song ‘Imagine’– Lennon wished a world that is at peace, with no denominations of religions and everyone giving ‘peace’ a chance.

“Hypothesis
The station saw more sincere kisses than the marriage registry office.
And the walls of the hospital may have heard more sincere prayers than the church.”
Corina Abdulahm Negura
