It means present, appearing or found everywhere.

I would like to give ‘Mobile phones’ as an example.

My friend whether you like it or not there is a greater threat to your data security on mobile phones today.

But ironically you cease to exist without mobile phones.

My friend, we all have become slaves to our cell phones.
