I saw this poster displayed on the wall, of one of the restaurants.
This image is taken with a OnePlus 6 cell phone.
As you have noticed, his name is VINCENZO PERUGGIA
He was a museum worker and an artist.
This gentleman (1881-1925) was most famous for stealing MONA LISA, said to be the greatest art theft in the 20th century.
He served 7 months of jail term.

I think theft and stealing are the same thing, but robbery is different as it involves threatening to use force on someone.
