These days are rainy days in South India, especially in the State of Tamil Nadu
You find water everywhere.
Rivers are overflowing.
Water reservoirs are full.
Low lying areas are inundated.
City roads are flooded.
Schools are closed.
As areas got flooded water started entering the house as an unwelcome guest.
These days I wonder how the roofless manage?
Yet we don’t hesitate to complain about each and everything around us.
“Unless you truly feel the pain and sufferings of the people and living beings in flood, famine, poverty, disease, exploitation, and hunger – you cannot grow spiritually, scientifically, politically, and socially.”
Amit Ray
Do you love rain?
I love rains but not that much when it causes flooding.
In floods, suffering is more.
But why floods? Why are these kinds of calamities happening o a regular basis?
