Premature ripening of fruits loaded with chemicals.
Wax coating of fruits.
And the examples are too many.
We are all in a hurry!

Technology gave us more time and we used it to work harder and create more technology. I found If you unplug your tech, you have all the time you want. Nature has no tech at all and has been around for thousands of years.
