Bud of the day

“Patience does not mean making a pact with the devil of denial, ignoring our emotions and aspirations.

It means being wholeheartedly engaged in the process that’s unfolding, rather than ripping open a budding flower or demanding a caterpillar hurry up and get that chrysalis stage over with”

Sarah Chauncey Woolsey (quotefancy,com)

And we humans just do the opposite.

No patience.

No time.

Time is money.

From 1G to 5G…at what cost? ( there is an ongoing discussion regarding impact of 5G on eco system)

Premature ripening of fruits loaded with chemicals.

Wax coating of fruits.

And the examples are too many.

We are all in a hurry!

Moral

“Man hurries, God does not. That is why man’s works are uncertain and maimed, while God’s are flawless and sure. My eyes welling with tears, I vowed never to transgress this eternal law again. Like a tree I would be blasted by wind, struck by sun and rain, and would wait with confidence; the long-desired hour of flowering and fruit would come.”
Nikos Kazantzakis (Goodreads)
