‘Balance’ rocks! Balance your mind!

Have you heard of the term ‘Balancing Rock’?

It’s a natural geological formation involving a large rock, sometimes of enormous size resting on other rocks.

Have you ever wondered how it’s able to balance without falling?

Though they appear to be balancing, the fact is that they are firmly connected to a base rock by a stem.

Anything that Nature teaches you?

What about the ‘balance’ in your life?

How about you in particular?

Just like chasing ‘happiness’…the more you try to pursue ‘balanced life’ the more you realise it’s far away distance.

My friend, every one of us long to be happy and healthy.

I am not just talking about your healthy lifestyle with your regular exercise and eating healthy food which we are all aware of.

I am also talking about you taking care of your mental and emotional health.

Here comes how well you can manage your stress leading to a balanced living.

Balanced life

Balanced life consists of all aspects of your life including your relationships, the food you eat, your exercises and how well you can manage your emotional health.

The day you decide that you are least bothered about the stress, is the day you start living a balanced life.

My friend, remember that nothing goes right all the time as per expectations and you achieve nothing if you become emotional.

My formula

This is apart from the proper food and regular exercise.

  • Mingle with people who can make you laugh
  • Receive as well as give
  • Be content
  • If you are physically fit, try to be a volunteer and bring smiles to the faces of people who needed it much more.
  • Be flexible when tragedy strikes
  • Most importantly learn to be peaceful with yourself
  • Always tell yourself that life is a balancing act and everything is in constant motion
  • Don’t complain or get angry
