Non-English-speaking people sometimes get confused with the usage of the terms ‘Hill’ and ‘Mountain’ thinking that they are synonyms and use as interchangeable words.
But they are different.
Hill
- Hill is a small natural elevation of the Earth’s surface.
- Hill does not attain high altitude.
- Hill has no summit
Mountain
- Mountain is a very large natural elevation of the Earth’s surface with a summit.
- The altitude can reach above 2000 feet (610 meters)
Do you love hillside views?
I am sure you love the view.
I love the hillside and the view it offers.
There is something we can learn, get inspired and the very feeling is humbling.
A lush green appearance freshens your mind.

What about Hills of our Life?
My friend, hills of life are part of our life.

I like your rural hillside. I love standing at the top of a hill and viewing all that is below. Thank you, Philo. 🙂
