Midweek Monochrome

“Styles come and go. Good design is a language, not a style” Massimo Vignelli

Have you heard of Rangoli?

The above image is that of a Rangoli.

Rangoli is an art from the Indian Subcontinent.

Rangoli is a traditional form of welcoming good luck.

Usually, Rangoli designs maintain symmetry.

Rangoli is drawn in the front area (near the entrance door) to welcome Goddess Lakshmi, Goddesses of Wealth and prosperity.

Did you ever try to draw Rangoli?

It looks complicated but it’s too simple to draw.

Just watch the clip.

“Rangoli looks like life, all one has to do is to connect the dots properly, and it becomes beautiful!” unknown

Thank you.

Namaste 🙏🙏🙏
