The sound and smell of the sea cleanses my soul

“The ocean doesn’t complain about the dance of ten million waves; So don’t be concerned with the rise and fall of thoughts” Papaji

What is a seashore?

A seashore is where the sea meets the land.

It changes when the tide goes in and out.

Seashore is always colourful to watch.

You can call the seashore the coast, the beach or the shore.

Why do we all love the beach?

My friend, the beach offers a gorgeous view of the land and sea.

Walking on the sand and watching the waves hitting the shore and listening to the typical beach sound, makes you calm and you are at peace yourself.

You also become humble as to how tiny you are as compared to the vastness of the ocean.

And the amazing Sunrise and Sunset?

Lucky are the ones who have beaches in their place of living.

What about a beach vacation?

The beach vacation is said to be the most relaxing.

Not just kids, adults too enjoy watching the sea waves hitting the shore.

Nothing like standing on the shore as the waves come and go relentlessly!

“When anxious, uneasy and bad thoughts come, I go to the sea, and the sea drowns them out with its great wide sounds, cleanses me with its noise, and imposes a rhythm upon everything in me that is bewildered and confused.”  Rainer Maria Rilke

Do you follow  Beach Rules whenever you visit a beach?

“Beach Rules:

Soak up the sun.

Ride the waves.

Breathe the salty air.

Feel the breeze.

Build sandcastles.

Rest, relax, reflect.

Collect seashells.

Bare-feet required.” Unknown

Ocean’s Wisdom

“Advice from the Ocean:

Be shore of yourself.

Come out of your shell.

Take time to coast.

Avoid pier pressure.

Sea life’s beauty.

Don’t get so tide down on work that you miss out on life’s beautiful waves.”  Unknown

Thank you.

Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

I have not seen an ocean (in reality)

But I like it. It’s vast, continuously moving, home for uncountable lives and is undefeated.
