Why the Red colour is associated with Danger?
May be it’s the most attractive colour.
Most of the Sign Boards showing DANGER AHEAD is painted in Red.
Is there any psychological basis?
I don’t know.
As you notice in the photo
- The gentleman’s shirt is red
- The Lady’s churidar ( churidar pyjamas are tightly fitting trousers worn by both men & women in South Asia ) is red
- The lady’s hair clip is red
- Her footwear is red
- the paint on the wall and so of its border too red
Is this observation just a coincidence?
Cellphone addiction
The intensity of this addiction has reached such a level that now there is a term to describe it NOMOPHOBIA
Present-day, people are hooked/addicted to cell phones so much that they forget their immediate surroundings making them unaware of the dangers in the front.
Anything else you observed in the above photo apart from the cellphone talk?
If you closely observe, the lady’s foot is on the manhole cover and she is busy chatting.
Imagine for a second, the ‘fate’ ……if the manhole cover is absent or partially removed for repair etc …Ankle sprains to fracture to a head injury to sometimes death!
Thank you.
Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

Great capture Philo. I have to say that the pavement is very dangerous! Not only the rather wobbly man-hole cover but it’s also very crumbly. Quite dangerous not to look where you are going I would say!

Thank you Jude.
Couldn’t agree more.
Many times we notice these people who are immersed in phone talk than be aware of sorroundings.
Many times I noticed this trait in photographers too!

I dont think people are as addicted to there phones as people make out. It easy to blame phones but in actually fact people are just getting less and less social, and i think there are many different reason for this happening.

Thank you My friends for your thought.🙏🙏🙏
Agree.
Let us give people Benefit of doubt.
But let us be frank that cell phone addiction is real and one finds it extremely difficult to manage without a cell phone.
Statistics have shown how risky things are if one uses cellphone without any responsibility (to oneself and others).
