It’s sour in taste.

Yuzu is known for its strong aroma and its oil from the skin marketed as a fragrance.

Used in shampoos and lotions.

It is used to make liquor and wine.

It’s also used to float in the hot water of the bath.

The fruit is rare and expensive and can cost $25 and above per Kilogram.
