Smell Fresh, Be fresh
It’s a good thing that these brands help us freeing our clothes from dirt and impurities.
How about cleaning our life?
“Life does not use detergent to clean itself” Janine Benyus
what do you do?
Is it possible to detox the mind, soul and our destructive and dangerous thoughts?
My friend, believe me, if I say, you can’t detox entirely, unlike the detergent soap which does its job truthfully and perfectly.
I don’t have any possible solutions.
You only have to find out.
My unasked suggestion

An easier said than done job.
Let us talk about your hair

The above image is that of a Parachute Hair Oil bottle, coloured blue.
It’s advertised as pure coconut oil in India, said to have no added chemicals, scent, additives or preservatives.
Coconut oil is used in India by the majority for applying to the hair.
The oil may not help grow hair, but it sure to keep the hair shining.
Some even say coconut hair oil soothes your mind.
Maybe you can try applying on your head and gently massaging….whenever you are irritated or stressed because of your partner.
I understand that apart from India, some Asian countries also apply coconut oil to the hair.
Do western countries use coconut hair oil?
Maybe readers can help me.
If not oil what is that you use regularly to keep your beautiful hair in condition?
Why do most of the Brands use Blue Colour for their packaging?
My friend it’s because of you, the consumer.
Manufacturers depend on packaging colour psychology.
Different colours influence your emotions.
The blue colour is said to represent honesty, purity and freshness.
Blue also implies tranquil and profound insight.
Thank you.

The first time I learned about using coconut oil for hair was when I saw my Indian friend putting it on her daughters’ hair. I use a leave-in conditioner cream on my hair.

Yes, it’s definitely synthetic, but I have fine hair and I think using oil on it would feel too heavy.

Agree.
One has to choose a proper cream that suits the hair.

I do use Virgin Coconut Oil to condition my hair a couple times a month, in between I use coconut conditioner and I use baby shampoo to wash my hair a couple times a week. It’s the only thing I’ve found that doesn’t make me break out in a rash.

I started years ago when looking at ingredients…to me it seemed much healthier to eliminate ingredients that could be toxic to myself and the environment.
