Perfect definition
Being perfect means, flawless or being entire without defect or fault. There is no blemish. It also means precise or accurate.
Is perfectionism possible? (as humans)
I can bet in this regard.
My friend, perfection is impossible and don’t ever strain to be perfect all the time.
Society expects you to be perfect all the time
To be perfect at any cost is ingrained in our society.
There is nothing wrong with trying to be perfect.
A civilised society needs this.
It’s a good thing and a much-required habit.
You by being perfect, the society is benefitted.
Parents want children to be perfect.
Couples expect each other to be perfect.
Being perfect one can maintain the freshness and quality of things.
The mind becomes stronger and content.
Perfection gives you satisfaction and recognition in society.
But society has dual standards
The problem with the people is that even if you are perfect, they find fault in you.
Society wants you to be a Utopian in all the fields.
If you are not perfect, you are treated as a waste.
The sad part is people expect you to be perfect when they themselves are not perfect!
What is that I am trying to impress?
My friend, perfectionism is not possible.
Attaining perfection is an illusion.
By expecting perfectionism, either you hurt yourself or others.
My friend, life itself is not perfect and we all know this truth.
Know these simple rules
✔By trying to be perfect you forget the ‘present”
✔The thought of perfection creates more pain than joy.
✔All of us are far from being perfect which includes you & me.
✔The people next to you are far from perfect since they enjoy your imperfections all the time.
✔The world we live in is far from perfect. Nature shows its imperfection in many ways, you may call calamities or disasters or Natures revenge etc.
What does this mean?
Take home message
Since life itself is not perfect, my advice is to stop chasing happiness by trying hard to be perfect.
Don’t be hard on yourself.
It’s OK to be imperfect.
“I realized that I don’t have to be perfect. All I have to do is show up and enjoy the messy, imperfect, and beautiful journey of my life.” Kerry Washington
Dear friend, I have a question for you
Thanks for reaching this point.
Are you able to adjust your life with the imperfections of others, be your spouse, children, relatives or friends?
Or do you love to correct their imperfection?
What are your thoughts?
Thank you.
Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

Imperfection is more interesting, although one person’s particular imperfections may not get along very well with another person’s imperfections.

Interesting what you say Ashley.
You mean even though the person is aware that he/she is imperfect still they don’t like others inperfectons.
Am I right?
You can guide further if you find time.

As an example, I don’t especially like being around people who are loud and talk a lot, and they may not enjoy being around someone who’s quiet like me. In that case, neither of us are perfect, but some imperfections aren’t so harmonious when they’re in the same conversation together.

Yeah.
I get it.
Beautifully you made me understand this simple but funny and complex human inter relationships.
And to be in the company of like minded people is a rare possibility.
Do you agree?

Given how different we all are, I think being around like-minded people is rare indeed, so at least some compromise is probably a good thing.
