Immobile Mobile

Well packed parcel!

You might know the auto-rickshaw, a motorised version of pull rickshaw, the common form of urban transport in this part of the world. Another common name is the tuk-tuk.

I noticed this Auto Rickshaw on the pavement.

It surprised me because this vehicle was neatly packed and kept on the pavement as if it’s going to be presented to somebody.

Still, I cannot guess.

Maybe the owner (driver) of the vehicle going out of town or maybe the vehicle can’t be used because of total lockdown or maybe the owner is lacking a proper shed.

Mobility

Mobility plays an important role in our life, whether it’s our physical mobility or mobility in general.

“Mobility is the theme of life and success can be achieved through movement…..”  Sumona Chowdhury

Why mobility is important?

“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness” Sakyong Mipham

I know a few people who never move their body from morning to night, once they sit in their chair.

Regularly they complain of being overweight or having backache problems etc.

What about modern sophisticated mobility?

It’s nothing but cell phone slavery.

Many landed into a psychological problem called ‘Nomophobia’

The mobile or cell phones transforming people’s life by making them go crazy!

If your plan don’t include mobile, your plans are not finished” Wendy Clark

What are the thoughts of  great people about cell phones?

Cell phones are so convenient that they are an inconvenience”  Haruki Murakami

“It’s easier for a rich man to ride that camel through the eye of a needle directly into the Kingdom of Heaven, than for some of us to give up our cell phone.”  Vera Nazarian

“Give the people in your life the gift of your presence by putting down your mobile device”. Kate Northrup

“Cell phone radiation changes the shape of brain proteins, causing them to clump together and form pathological protein fibrils like those found in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease patients”. Microwave News

A note of warning!

Your cell phone has already replaced your camera, your calendar and your alarm clock. Don’t let it replace your family.  Unknown

Thank you.

Namaste 🙏🙏🙏
