“Not judging people is the fastest way to peace.” Jonathan Jackson

I’m fine, I’m just not happy

What is this man up to?

I don’t know.

But I am curious.

✔From his appearance, I guess he is between 45 to 55 yrs of age.

✔You see him sitting on the pavement and leaning towards the compound wall and looking at something. Looks like he is trying to concentrate on something important.

✔And he is wearing a blue shirt and navy blue pant…maybe he is a security staff?

✔Both his hands clasped. And any hints of his body language?

✔Maybe this signifies some kind of unsettling thought—fear, anxiety or insecurity.

✔Sitting on the pavement tells you, the status of the person in the so-called society.

Oh! so much of a calculated guess!

Congratulations. I have become a real Sherlock Holmes!

Is he in some scary thoughts?

Does he not look like, he is a worried lot?

Surely he doesn’t seem to be happy.

My guess is he is lost in some thoughts, maybe in deep thoughts.

“When you experience loss, people say you’ll move through the 5 stages of grief….
Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance
….. What they don’t tell you is that you’ll cycle through them all every day.”  Ranata Suzuki

Why am I trying to judge, guess, or even think as to what is running in this person’s mind?

What way it’s my business?

But still, the photographer in me made to take a snapshot of this gentleman.

The only thing I wish and pray is not to judge the person by his dress, by his posture, whether he is sitting in a car or on a pavement!

“There is a story behind every person. There is a reason why they’re the way they are. Think about that before you judge someone”  Unknown

I stopped being judgmental.

I am not as intelligent as I thought to be.

“Judgement is often no more than a confession of ignorance”   Bill Clegg

Looks to me like he just found a quiet spot to noodle through something on his mind.

      A quite spot…..
But the spot is a busy pavement on a busy road my friend.
I feel this person’s mind is blank and not able to feel the outside world.

I think it is good for us photographers not to delve into such subject. There’s a unknown beauty in this photo and as long as it is unknown, it remains a beauty.
