Discovery vs Invention vs Innovation

Humans are proud that they are the greatest inventors!

They are proud that they have invented term like ‘Inventions’ just to show off how their inventions are original as compared to Discovery…which is already existing. ( Invention vs Discovery).

Even humans claim ‘Innovations’ (Making something new out of something old)

Do you ever realise that humans always overreact?

Have humans forgotten God?

“We are not creators; only combiners of the created. The invention isn’t about new ingredients, but new recipes. And innovations taste the best.”
Ryan Lilly

All these thoughts came to my mind when I noticed this bowel with water and a mix of different flowers floating.

Let us enjoy the recipe as Ryan Lilly quoted.

‘We are all different wildflowers born to bloom true and free”  Unknown

Don’t you agree?

Thank you.

Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

  1. Another excellent post, Philo!

Just a thought, based on our recent discussion relating to the URL to promote on your Gravatar… on this post, you have hand-crafted a link to your custom domain (on the text ‘Philosophy Through Photography’ near the end of the post. And I see that on other posts you have done the same. Bearing in mind our earlier discussion, I would suggest that you would be better served by using the domain name rather than the custom name ( in such cases, for the same reasons. (Clearly it could be a lot of work to apply this retrospectively, but you may want to consider it going forward.)

    1. Thank you my friend.
Excellent suggestion and I agree with you.
      Now a doubt…
      Now in the domains,
      ✔I have a paid primary
      ✔a free address.
Can I make this free domain as the primary site address, since there is edit option and I can keep this free domain as primary site?

      1. You could indeed choose to do that. The only downside I can think of is the possibility that some visitors would consider your site somehow ‘less worthy’ as a result.

I did this not long ago for my ‘phlyarology, com’ site, although that one currently has the custom domain set as the primary domain, mainly for experimentation purposes, but it’s handy as it allows me to quickly check how to set it to the ‘free’ domain for you (it’s a bit of a palaver!):

In wp-admin, go to Settings > General, scroll down to ‘Site tools’, select ‘Change your site address’. At the foot of that page it shows me ‘Your free address is’, and over to the right of that are three dots (a menu), so I click on that and see the option ‘Make primary site address’; click that and you’re done. From then on (if memory serves there was a delay, presumably while things were being jiggery-pokeried in the background) if anyone tries to access your custom domain it will just invisibly redirect to the ‘free’ one.

It’s fairly simple to switch it back again should you wish to at some point. In fact, you’ll have to be prepared to avoid the many prompts from saying, “we notice you have a custom domain, why don’t you let us help you switch your site to it?” 😀

And, when you’re ready, you could even allow your custom domain to expire, and save yourself some pennies. (Although that does involve the possibility of someone else acquiring the name in the future for their own purposes, which is definitely something to consider.)

        1. Thanks a ton my friend.
I think it perfectly suits me.
I am least bothered about getting attached to my url after all they too need publicity and ad revenue- win win situation.
Continuing premium plan naturally depends on the necessity and financial status and I don’t have any plans to make money from my blog ( haha as if I am extremely popular and people are dying to donate)
As per your suggetion let me edit and keep the free domain as the main one
and let me think about the future plans in the so called future.
Sadly there is no future my friend because the world is sinking.
Good night from India my friend.
